ASV's RC•50

The RC•50 has an amazing list of features that make an ordinary skid steer loader look rather ordinary. Features like an advanced rubber track undercarriage with suspension, a 50 hp/37.3 kW Cat diesel engine, 115 in./2921 mm lift height, 12 in./305 mm ground clearance and an amazing 9 mph/14.5 kmh top speed. These features only tell part of the story however, the RC•50 also comes standard with ASV’s Posi-PowerTM Control (PPCTM). This allows the machine to be worked to its fullest potential by automatically back-shifting the hydrostat to match available engine horsepower. Along with the pilot- operated hydraulic controls, this makes the RC•50 easier to operate and helps prevent engine stall.

The new RTSS IITM undercarriage lets the 4750 lb./2155 kg machine crawl over virtually any surface with maximum traction yet minimal surface damage - exerting only 2.7 psi/18.6 kPa under its 15 in./381 mm wide rubber tracks.
