Description:

The Posi-Track equipped with a general purpose brushcutter becomes a very effective and versatile system with significant advantages over other brushcutting systems. On the Posi-Track, the brushcutter is located in front of the machine rather than behind so the machine typically runs in a clear path. Also, because the brushcutter is mounted to the loader arms via the quick-attach interface, you can cut at various heights, avoiding stumps, logs, rocks and other ground obstructions. And because the Posi-Track can effectively work in adverse conditions and terrain that other machines cannot, like swampy areas, shorelines and river banks, it is easy to mow and cut areas that are otherwise done only by hand.

This general-purpose brushcutter is driven via the standard high-flow auxiliary hydraulics on the Posi-Track. It features two swing-out type cutting blades with a cutting diameter of 5' (60 inches). Cutter blades are capable of cutting through up to 1-inch thick material. Industrial-grade brushcutters are also available for all machines, capable of cutting up to 4-inch thick material.

The brushcutter assembly and all hydraulic connections with quick-connect fittings. The Sliding Door Assembly (176-6858) is required as a safety precaution and must be ordered separately.
