Perkins Engine Overhaul Kits Description

Premium kits typically include: pistons, ring sets, cylinder liners (sleeves), standard rod and main bearing sets, crankshaft thrust washers (std.), connecting rod bushings, connecting rod nuts, front and rear crankshaft seals, camshaft bushing, inlet and exhaust valves, guides and valve springs, engine oil pump, fuel and oil filters, top and bottom gasket sets, valve seals, injector and banjo washers, and misc. Standard kits typically include: pistons, ring sets, liners, top and bottom gaset sets, front and rear crankshaft seals. Massey Ferguson also offers genuine Perkins overhaul kits. The standard version consists of pistons, ring sets, liners, rod bushings, crankshaft thurst washers, inlet and exhaust valves, valve guides, front and rear crankshaft seals, top and bottom gasket sets, and misc. Find major application serial number (build lists) on the premium or standard sections of the appropriate engine kit chapter. If your build list (serial number) is not there, call or email Mabie Brothers with the number and we will make a kit for you. The price list section of this page will allow you to check the cost of the kit. Due to design changes during production, always provide the engine serial number when placing a kit order. We will check the kit content for accuracy prior to shipment. Crankshaft bearing sets will be re-packed to suit your grind on request. All other options such as fuel and water pumps, oversized liners, replacement cranks, camshafts, ring gears, etc. are of course available.
