A right armrest rocker switch controls Speed Matching and AutoDrive.

It gives you a smooth 4-speed autoshift change - in 17% steps - in each of 8 synchronized gears, with 15 of the 32 forward speeds in the vital field working range. That's 46% more working speeds than the closest competition. The MF 6400 Series Dyna-Shuttle transmission includes a valuable group of standard features designed for high performance and productivity.

TOP SPEED AT LOWER ENGINE RPM

A new Eco gearbox and the Electronic Engine Management system combine to let the tractor travel reach top road speed of 25 mph (40 km/h) at an engine speed of only 1880 rpm which represents an 18% reduction in the usual engine speed. The result is quieter operation, greater fuel economy and longer engine life.

SPEED MATCHING

With this unique feature, you MF 6400 Series tractor can automatically select the right Dyna-Shuttle^TM ratio according to forward speed when you change gear or range.

AUTODRIVE

As your tractor's working conditions change, the AutoDrive automatically changes between ratios. If you select Power Mode, it will shift up automatically when your engine speed reaches approximately 2100 rpm and then shift down when engine rpm drops to 1200, assuring constant power to the drive train under a load. To help save fuel when there's no load, the AutoDrive's Economy Mode shifts up at 1700 rpm and down at approximately 1200 rpm.

The Dyna-Shuttle^TM transmission features a Power Control lever that lets you use your left hand to shift up and down, clutch and shuttle.
