Instruments are easy to read, and the easy-to-reach controls are intelligently grouped. For example, all major tractor and implement operational controls are in a right-hand console. The front console and dash feature a comprehensive range of gauges and indicator lights to give you clear and immediate information on tractor performance and operating conditions.

Even maintenance is easier in an MF 6400 Series tractor, thanks to removable side panels with quick release locks to the raising side panel and more.

Climb aboard or step off either side, with the help of non-skid tread on recessed self-cleaning steps, wide doors and extra-long handles.

A convenient outside access hatch lets you remove the cab air filter by standing on the steps, keeping dust out of your workspace.

The optional QuadLiknTM suspended front axle on PFA models automatically maintains a constant suspension height regardless of axle load to reduce load shocks while giving you a smoother ride at high speeds and more responsive steering. A rocker switch lets you disengage QuadLinkTM for operations like heavy loader work and grading, causing less slippage by allowing constant ground contact thus reducing fuel consumption and improving the pulling performance of the tractor.

Dual stage pneumatic cab suspension is a unique option that uses two electronically controlled air battles at the rear of the cab to maintain a set air pressure as ride conditions change. Hydraulic dampers and pan hard rods control oscillation. The front of the cab is also isolated from the chassis by a dual cushion of rubber to reduce vibration and noise. With the ride-selection rocker switch, you can choose hard (transport) or soft (field) suspension - similar to cab suspension used on road trucks.

The exterior lighting touchpad uses a tractor schematic, touch buttons and indicator lights to let you select lighting combinations, then see at a glance which lights are on.
A digital clock and outside temperature display keep you informed with a single button.
A tractor systems monitor uses indicator lights on a tractor schematic to tell you when a tractor system is engaged or maintenance is needed.
Analog gauges keep you clearly informed of engine rpm, coolant temperature and fuel level.
Digital readouts give you exact data on PTO speed, theoretical forward ground speed, engine rpm and engine hours.
The gearbox shift lever, hand throttle, ELC and PTO clutch controls are all at your side in the front portion of the right-hand console.
PTO speed controls, 12-volt accessory plug-ins and pre-drilled monitor mounting locations are all within easy reach at the right-hand console's rear.
Indicator lights are strategically placed across the top of the instrument panel.

With the optional digital temperature control, you can select the cab temperature you want. The HVAC system will automatically maintain it - and remember it at every start-up.
Settle down in the fully adjustable air-ride swivel seat with its elegant embroidered MF chevron for a smooth, comfortable ride. The optional deluxe seat is extra wide, with added cushioning, double pneumatic lumbar support, cold-weather heating and the hot-weather comfort of active carbon fabric.
