MF 3000 SERIES CORN HEADS

All new and available in 6, 8, and 12-row models, the MF 3000 Series corn heads can slip under lodged or downed corn and feed it into the combine like no other corn head you’ve ever seen. Extra-low-profile plastic dividers and the industry’s lowest angle of entry,21.5 degrees, make all the difference. The rugged polyethylene crop dividers promote smooth feeding, provide easy folding for row unit maintenance or transport, and retain their appearance over the life of the corn head. Fluted snapping rolls have six aggressive, reversible edges and replaceable flutes to aggressively guide the stalk downward through the gathering units while adequately shredding it for a clean, uniform appearance which promotes rapid decomposition of field residue and makes subsequent tillage and/or seeding passes easier. Sharpened, heavy-duty, full-length vine knives made of hardened steel are individually adjustable to the flute edge to prevent material from wrapping. Adjustable stripping plates give you the choice of quick manual adjustment or a convenient in-cab electric adjustment for all row units simultaneously. The fully enclosed row unit gearboxes are a proven design and feature cantilever snapping rolls for lower maintenance requirements.

MF 5000 SERIES DRAPER HEADERS

With a choice of three reels to match your crops and conditions plus Quick-Attach mounting to the MF 9000 Series combines, the MF 5000 Series draper header is ready for anything. Draper headers improve the efficiency of Massey Ferguson combines by delivering the crop to the combine in a uniform headfirst orientation. Its straight-line, independent hydraulic knife drive improves cutting efficiency and sickle life. The 60-inch (1,524 mm) wide center draper feeds smoothly without backfeeding into the side drapers. You can adjust the cutting height from -2.5 to 41 inches (-63.5 to1,041.4 mm) and the cutter bar angle from 7 to 14 degrees. Header widths include 25, 30, and 36 feet (7.6, 9.1 and 10.9 m) for grain and 22 and 25 feet (6.7 and 7.6 m) for rice.

MF 8000 SERIES FLEX HEADERS

Forget about bunching and crop feeding problems associated with small conveyor augers. Thanks to a massive 30-inch (762 mm) diameter conveyor auger, 7-inch (177 mm) flighting, and 27-inch (685 mm) pitch, MF 8000 Series flex headers convey material to the feeding system smoothly and uniformly for high-capacity harvesting in heavy crop conditions. You choose between the Level-2 HCC pickup reel with 3-inch (76 mm) spaced polytine fingers, or a UII reel with 4.5-inch (114 mm) spaced polytine fingers and a unique flip-over finger action that reduces crop carry-over. The floating cutterbar is available with standard 3-inch (76 mm) pitch or optional clean-cut 1.5-inch (38 mm) pitch. Crop dividers mounted independently of the cutterbar keep debris from collecting on the header and add the ability to handle all kinds of crops. MF 8000 Series flex headers are available in 18, 20, 25, and 30-foot (5.5, 6.1, 7.6 and 9.1 m) widths.

MF 7000 SERIES RIGID HEADERS

Here’s the ideal header for harvesting standing small grains and grass seeds. Available in 25 and 30-foot (7.6 and 9.1 m) sizes, the MF 7000 Series features a choice of three reels and an adjustable cutterbar that tilts 8 degrees to handle varying crops and field conditions. The 5-bat metal reel with 10-inch (254 mm) bats has a fixed 8-degree angle for better crop flow. UII and HCC pickup reels have polytine fingers. A 30-inch (262 mm) diameter conveyor auger, 7-inch (177 mm) flighting, and 27-inch (1,685mm) pitch move material uniformly to the feeding system for smooth feeding and increased performance. Adjustable 0.75-inch (19 mm) heavy-duty feed fingers make high-volume crops a breeze for the MF 7000 Series.

MF 6000 SERIES STRIPPER HEADERS

Stalk-stripping technology means a real reduction in weather-related field losses–and no more long waits for drying. With the MF 6000 Series Stripper header, you harvest only dry grain, leaving moisture-filled straw and weeds behind. An upward-rotating drum uses keyhole-shaped slots between reversible, wear-resistant polymer plastic teeth to strip seeds from stalks and propel them into a 24-inch (610 mm) diameter floating auger. From there, auger fingers transfer grain heads into your combine’s feed elevator. Available in 20, 22.5, and 25-foot (6.1, 6.9 and 7.6 m) widths for grain or rice, the MF 6000 Series has a 3-speed gearbox to handle a variety of crops, harvest conditions, and combine drives.
