1. INSTRUCTOR’S SEAT
The instructor
seat with seat belt now contains a back rest and extra storage beneath the
bottom cushion. The wider cab provides plenty of shoulder room for both
operator and passenger.
2. OPERATOR’S SEAT
The deluxe Grammer
air-ride seat makes those extra hours fly by in comfort while you manage
the machine, guide the header, and take control of the crop. All controls
are uncluttered, yet contain today’s latest technology.
3. CONTROL CONSOLE WITH NEW HYDROSTATIC HANDLE
Comfort and
improved control also played a role in mounting the hydro handle and
control console on the seat to float with the operator, even as the
combine moves across rough terrain. The hydro handle still controls ground
speed and direction, as well as incorporates controls for header and reel
movement, electric corn head stripper plate adjustment, and unloader
auger. Along with an adjustable palm rest, it also incorporates a unique
feature that allows the operator to rotate it to find the most comfortable
operating position. Other frequently-used controls are mounted on the
fully adjustable control console. Those less frequently used are located
under the armrest for easy access as needed without cluttering up the cab
and distracting the operator.
4. VERTICAL MONITORS
The eye travels
quickly from the overhead panel to the Fieldstar monitor down the vertical
gauge panel to the header. All gauges and monitors are easy to use and
positioned for quick read. |
