Trail Grooming System
The HP Track Truck Grooming System is setting the standards in snowmobile trail grooming today. For value and performance there is no equal.
This ASV system is engineered to prepare and preserve a smooth solid snow base on the trail, and its "Snow Saver" feature allows you to groom even with minimum snow conditions.
Unlike many groomers that merely drag snow to fill-in between humps, The ASV "Snow Saver" cuts off moguls and breaks hard snow into little pieces. It then gathers and holds the snow for a more even distribution, while the heavy duty steel compaction plate compresses the snow surface to form a firm base. Hydraulic controls allow the operator to adjust for cutting depth, snow accumulation and compaction. The groomer can also be raised and folded to facilitate backing-up, crossing paved roads or trailering.
A Word About Snow Grooming...
Snow conditions can vary to extremes from day-to-day, depending on temperature, moisture and amount of snow on the trail. ASV has researched and tested its groomer to work in a wide variety of conditions, including minimum snow. This versatility is important because with this system you can keep trails in better condition throughout the entire season.

Because customers have been asking for it, and ASV, Inc. has been listening. What customers were asking for was a two person, All-Season, tracked vehicle with very low maintenance. With unmatched experience building rubber tracked All-Season Vehicles, ASV accepted the challenge of building the ultimate tracked vehicle at a cost less than the competition. The end result is the DX 4530, modeled after ASV's POSI-TRACK HD (the HD was designed and built for the hardest construction industry applications). The DX is simply the most revolutionary tracked vehicle ever made. It will truly challenge the way you think about tracked utility equipment.
POWER
The DX features a John Deere power plant with high & low range hydraulic drive motors. The engine is a 125 HP 4.5 liter John Deere Turbo Diesel. The high and low range drive motors give you either a fast road speed or a low powerful work speed.
QUICK-ATTACH
The DX's lift arm assembly offers an attachment system which is compatible with ASV's Posi-Track. Attachments include: mower, backhoe, 4-in-1 bucket, snowblower, 8-way snow blade and more.
SEALED BEARINGS
The DX 4530's undercarriage is void of all grease fittings. All bearings are sealed and run in an oil bath. Combine this with the rubber tracks and you have an undercarriage that requires little maintenance.
DELUXE CAB
The cab features many comforts you won't find on most tracked vehicles. It comes with suspension seats, tilt and telescoping steering wheel, AM/FM cassette stereo, heated outside mirrors, curved front glass, heavy duty heater, and more.
